Patricia joined ASG as personal assistant to the Director of Personnel and the Special Projects Management Team. Having acquired an in-depth knowledge of the Group personnel procedures, she gradually accepted additional responsibilities and now manages the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources function. It is her responsibility to ensure that all HR functions and procedures are adhered to, in line with current legislation.
She is the first point of contact for colleagues who require assistance or clarification on HR issues and is responsible for ensuring that the Group’s Continued Professional Development targets are maintained in line with agreed goals.
In addition to her main role, she also processes the monthly payroll for ASG Ltd, oversees the car fleet and provides support to the Group Financial Director.

Atop the Jungfraujoch glaciere, 12,000 feet above sea level in the Bernise Alps, Switzerland. Stood on pristine snow in August above a blanket of cloud with the spine of the Alps pokingthrough. Truly and literally breathtaking
