Research is like bookends.  Without solid research at either end, everything in the middle falls. 

So we take research very seriously at ASG.  Because without it, communification is just a concept, not a reality.

Everything we do is founded in research be it brand creation and development, advertising, promotions or digital campaigns.  Because a thorough knowledge of your brand, your product or service, your competitors, your target market and your public perceptions is fundamental to creating communications that get the results you want and what your audience want from you.

When we get the message right, it’s because we’ve done our homework. (and legwork too)

In fact, we have our very own online research tool, ASG Pulse, enabling real time surveys to be conducted and analysed with sophisticated reporting on behalf of our clients and partners.

So before important campaigns go out, we test them with audiences and take on board their feedback. As an investment it can save time, hassle and money.

Post-campaign, our focus is on results.  That is: effectiveness we can measure.  Did it achieve your goals?  What could be enhanced? Who did we reach?

ASG works with specialist research partners, all members of the Market Research Society. All research carried out on your behalf is done so independently and impartially.

Qualitative research provides valuable insights on perceptions, attitudes and motivations. We use it for strategic development and creative concept pre-testing.

Quantitative research produces measurable, robust data that can be used to evaluate a campaign among its target audience.
